Read the following text from the play Julius Caesar:

FLAVIUS
But wherefore art not in thy shop today?
Why dost thou lead these men about the streets?

Second Commoner
Truly, sir, to wear out their shoes, to get myself
into more work. But, indeed, sir, we make holiday,
to see Caesar and to rejoice in his triumph.

MARULLUS
Wherefore rejoice? What conquest brings he home?
What tributaries follow him to Rome,
To grace in captive bonds his chariot-wheels?
You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things!
O you hard hearts, you cruel men of Rome,
Knew you not Pompey? Many a time and oft
Have you climb'd up to walls and battlements,
To towers and windows, yea, to chimney-tops,
Your infants in your arms, and there have sat
The livelong day, with patient expectation,
To see great Pompey pass the streets of Rome:
And when you saw his chariot but appear,
Have you not made an universal shout,
That Tiber trembled underneath her banks,
To hear the replication of your sounds
Made in her concave shores?
And do you now put on your best attire?
And do you now cull out a holiday?
And do you now strew flowers in his way
That comes in triumph over Pompey's blood? Be gone!
Run to your houses, fall upon your knees,
Pray to the gods to intermit the plague
That needs must light on this ingratitude.

Once you have read the text, examine the following painting titled Caesar Victorious:

Ceasar Victorious, Andrea Andreani, 1598 (1599), The painting has a deliberately crowded, celebratory feeling. There is the sense of action, as it depicts the triumphant return of Julius Caesar to Rome. Caesar, dressed in formal robes, is positioned to the right of the painting on his golden chariot riding through the streets with the Arch of Constantine in the background against blue skies and an adoring attendant in the foreground on the left carrying the victory banner that reads 'VENI VIDI VICI' (translation: I came, I saw, I conquered). The left side only is framed by an elaborate faux column, while the others are left simple. In the traditional image, Caesar sits high up on the chariot behind his white horse. He is holding a staff and a large feather, while an angel is depicted behind him placing a headdress upon his head. People mill around between the cart and the Arch watching the procession while cherubs offer branches of victorious recognition in the foreground.

In at least two to three paragraphs, write an essay where you analyze the tone the character Marullus uses to express his interpretation of Caesar's return. Then explain how this is similar or different from the interpretation the painter has depicted? Use specific examples to support your observations. Use proper spelling and grammar.

Answers

Answer:

His tone is that of someone that is worried or even alarmed at Caesar’s return after he defeated his rival and also former co-ruler Pompey. Marullus knew that this victory would mean that Caesar will be the most powerful man in Rome. For this same reason he felt in a very dangerous position. He assumed that Caesar would soon impose one-man rule. Marullus joins Flavius who feels the same way to try and put a stop to Caesar.

It is clear that the interpretation the painter has depicted is very different. This is apparent when you compare the painting to the word that Marullus himself used to describe the return of Caesar. In the painting it seems as though Marullus is impressed by Caesar’s feat. I believe he was just putting up a front while deep down he felt disgusted just looking at Caesar in his glory moment.

tenses of verbs in paragraph form.

Answers

Answer:

This is an interesting question, and ultimately I think either way you are doomed. Honestly I think the answer lies in how much your willing to believe about the unknown, and how much you believe about upper dimensions. Human control makes going back to the past very difficult, because if you went back in time your going to want to tell yourself to do something to change your present and future which could erase your ability to go back in time in the first place, or lets say everything works, well you have just changed the present and the future which means you may never need to go back in the past or have the desire to, because life is great, but that would mean you never went which in turn means you forever live in a circular paradox. Seeing the future could be depressing, because it means your future will always be this which means you have to deal with that, and that no matter what depending on what you believe your destiny will be for that to happen. I think this is one of the reasons man kind has not reached a point of being able to mess with the fifth dimension because as a species we cant handle it yet. Even as I write this I would still try to disprove what I just said because I cant perceive anything more than my own cognizance. While a more graduated practice may see time travel as a help to society. I think in order for time travel or dimension hopping to be successful we would need to learn how to think and act in a dimension above our own, which kind of sucks, but that just proves how we are not ready.

introduction to Your school has been performing poorly in public examination for past three years.Write a letter to your principal suggesting ways of making students more interested in academic work

Answers

I will assume you are a student, or possibly a parent. Regardless, it is exciting to hear that you are invested in the school and seeking to make positive change.
I will give general advice and then add some specific suggestions for a student vs. a parent.
First, I would use a word doc (or equivalent) to compose a letter that is formal - Dear Principal ___ - including a date and the clear name and address of the school.
Next, describe who you are and your connection to the school. This is helpful context, and (likely) establishes you as an important “stakeholder.”
Then, describe your specific experiences, or observations within the school, which have probably led you to conclude that there are problems in need of improvements.
*This is very important* Before you describe possible changes, share in detail what you’ve been through or seen; this will add weight and credibility to your letter.
Then, offer to meet with the Principal “to discuss the concerns you raise and possible solutions for improvement” - this allows for you to learn (a) what the Principal already knows, (b) what steps they may be taking already, and (c) gives them space to add input and shows your willingness to listen, rather than demand.
Lastly, you can say “to help with the process, I’ve thought up several possible solutions for improvement, and I would appreciate your feedback.”
By framing your solutions as example options for consideration, you invite yourself to be at the center of a process for change, rather than delivering an ultimatum that will lead immediately to conflict. Have a good day

Based on your knowledge of our justice system history, is our justice system good? Explain

Answers

Well, depending on your area the Justice System could be great, or absolutely horrible. In America, I would say the Justice System is horrible. People who commit hate crimes against gender, race, sexuality etc., could easily get away with no punishment. It could take up to years to finally get justice, but if you don’t have enough money they take advantage of that and make the prices extremely high. White supremacy does a lot of harm in Justice System, it causes bias reactions and wont take you seriously based off your race. Because of what I’ve stated above, I think the Justice System has and will always be disgraceful and in incompetent.

"Please consider the facts and both sides of the argument as you decide on your final vote on this amendment"

This is the most appropriate tone to use when writing to an adult. You're politely asking them to look past any bias they have and consider the outcome of both options before they make decision. while the other sentences are asking them to pick a specific side.
